Kent Marketing Submission Form

Please use this form to share your news, awards, presentations, events and other information you’d like to share with the broader community. This information will be shared in Kent School’s information channels and may include the newsletter, social media and alumni audience communication.

SUBMISSION TYPE

Communication Request: Information intended for Kent School alumni communications and newsletters is due the first Friday of the month. Our planned communication will go out during the last week of the month. Please submit early and often. Only one Kent communication will be sent monthly to our target audience. Late communication for events may only be shared on social media.

Marketing Design Services: If you require design services for flyers, brochures and other marketing materials, please provide your content details and supporting materials in the form below. To manage the workflow process, we request fifteen business days from submission for design development.

Social Media: Anything that is provided for posting must be ADA Complaint. You will be notified if your material is non-compliant. Materials may be resubmitted once updated. Please allow a minimum of two business days for approval and posting. Weekend post will be planned and prescheduled.
